Responsibilities:

Manage JCDecaux’s fleet of vehicles. This involves liaising with our third-party fleet provider to ensure accurate recording of fleet expenses on a monthly basis.
Create and maintain fixed assets and inventory records to support internal departments such as Ad Operations and Field Technicians.
Monitor work order creation and tracking on a monthly basis to ensure accurate month-end close.
Ad hoc projects to support the Fixed Assets and General Ledger functions
All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting
Ability to be self-driven and have a strong sense of accountability
Proficient in Microsoft suites
Strong verbal and written communication with both internal and external customers

Additional Information:

Base Wage Range: $16-$18/hr
