Assistant FP&A Analyst

Reports to: FP&A Director

Location: New York, New York | Empire State Building

Length: 6 months

General Summary:

The purpose of the Assistant Financial Analyst is to work closely with the Sales Administration, Accounting, and Financial Planning team of JCDecaux North America. The mission will feature the following:

Report and analyze revenues locally to management and externally to corporate headquarters in France on a daily, weekly, monthly and full year basis, report and analyze revenues, costs, operating and non-operating expenses and working capital items.
Creation / improvement of PowerBI dashboards
Project Management: Factoring, Fleet controlling and management
Process Review and improvement: Audit Process, monthly close, IFRS16, etc..
Ad-Hoc projects

Essential Job Functions:

Revenue reporting and analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Support to the Sales team for revenue analysis
Cost analysis and optimization
P&L follow-up, reporting and analysis
Power BI Dashboards analysis

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience
Ability to follow set procedures and follow instructions closely
Mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and be deadline driven
Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP is a plus

Additional Information:

Base Wage Range: $15.00-$16.50
